The Chanting or Conscious Active Meditation



Once you have completed the breathing exercises, mentally chant and listen to the power-song of your life attentively, with full concentration. Try to perceive the sublime sound through your sense of hearing. Concentrate on repeating the Mantra in your mind. Carefully listen to your chanting as you touch each bead of your holy rosary, increasing the intensity of your chanting or active meditation just as a telescope magnifies apparently unseen images and brings them closer to us, then listen with increased focused attention. You must voluntarily let go and allow yourself to be carried away by the transcendental sound vibration of your Power-Mantra. Feel how it absorbs time and space until it grows and fills the entire universe.
